LWDM BLOCK
4Channels 1295-1309nm, with I/O prism,0.5-1.0mm pitch, AOI 8/13.5 deg, 3.0nm wider passband,Low CW temp. drift, Low IL LWDM4 Rx Z-BLOCK demux

The Future Optics LWDM4 Z-block subassemblies achieve very low insertion loss, enabling efficient wavelength multiplexing and demultiplexing in high-speed optical transceivers such as 100G, 400G, 800G in data centers and optical communication networks. Future Optics’ LWDM4 Z-blocks have very high parallelism pitch tolerance and enable a rapid alignment process during coupling and assembly. Future Optics Z-block subassemblies are available for various channel center wavelength LWDM4 transceivers and with custom beam pitch designs.

Future Optics' 4 CH LWDM R-B IO 750 Demux Block is a LWDM4 Z- Block with input and output prisms to act as a Demux optical sub-assembly, working at Red-band from 1295 to 1309 nm and matching with 0.75 pitch PD or PD array, which is integrated inside the receiving end of transceivers to separate 800GHz spacing 4 channels for detectors.

Based on thin film filter technology and optical path Zig-Zag design of micro-optics, taking advantage of high precision assembly, this product features small form, ultra-low loss, high channel isolation and exceptional stability in comparison with AWG WDM mux demux device based on silicon chip technology.

The very high parallelism pitch tolerance of the LWDM4 Z-blocks enables a rapid alignment process during coupling and assembly.

Future Optics provide all kinds of LWDM Z-BLOCK mux demux devices with various channel numbers, beam pitches and angle of incidence for customers to choose.
